Help is available 24/7 through Tucson’s community crisis hotline, 520-622-6000; Arizona's statewide crisis hotline, 1-844-534-4673; and the National Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, 988.
You can also search for services including counseling, food, shelter and more through 211 Arizona. Tucson Medical Center's website also lists support groups for areas such as grief and bereavement.
